Welcome to our community!  We hope your time of residence with us is long and enjoyable.

Maintenance request calls should made to our office during regular business hours (8:30 – 5:30 pm) at 502-894-8899 and our office staff will take your request. Incase of an AFTER HOURS emergency, please call our Answering Service at 502-363-8938. Please consider the nature of your maintenance request before dialing the emergency line-­­­­­­­­not all maintenance problems are emergencies.  Routine maintenance may be called-in after hours by calling 894-8899 press 3 and leave a voice mail message with name, complete address, phone # and nature of the problem. The maintenance department will write a work order from the message. 

We want to alert you to the fact that we do offer a Referral Program at all properties we manage.  If you know someone who is looking for housing and that person signs a one-year lease with us, we will deduct $100 from your rent.  Ask one of our leasing agents for more details. 

For your convenience, we have provided these important numbers for some of the services that will help make you feel at home. 

INSIGHT COMMUNICATIONS - CABLE COMPANY

Our area representative is John Doyle you can reach him at 502-379-3349. He will give you a special discount on your new cable installation or the transfer of your existing service.   John Doyle can give you a cheaper rate than calling INSIGHTS Customer Service Line. 

LOUISVILLE GAS AND ELECTRIC SERVICE

TO AVOID UTILITY SHUT-OFF SERVICE MUST BE TRANSFERRED INTO YOUR NAME

BY DATE OF CHECK IN. There are 3 ways in which you can begin your service:

1. Telephone for Service (502) 589-1444

2. Go to the LG&E office located at 820 W. Broadway (downtown on the corner of 9th and Broadway)
    LG&E office hours are 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

3. Order online at eon-us.com/lge/default.asp

We also want to remind you to bring the following items when you check into your apartment: 

1)            Copy of your driver’s license or certified picture identification.

2)                   The pro-rated rent amount in check or money order (NO CASH)

3)                   Any outstanding deposit (if applicable).
