Maintenance request calls should made to our office during regular business hours (9 AM–5:30 PM) at 502.894.8899, and our office staff will take your request. In case of an AFTER HOURS emergency, please call our Answering Service at 502.363.8938. Please consider the nature of your maintenance request before dialing the emergency line; not all maintenance problems are emergencies. Routine maintenance may be phoned in after hours by calling 894-8899, then press 3, and leave a voice mail message with your name, complete address, phone number, and the nature of the problem. The maintenance department will write a work order from the message.
