your interest in our community. You have elected to print an
application for one of our apartments located in Louisville,
Kentucky.
In order to
submit your application properly, please follow the following
guidelines:
- Print
rental application located on the left or by
clicking here.
- Each
applicant must fill out a separate application. Married
couples may share a joint application but are still required
to each pay an application fee. Please be sure to sign and
date where indicated.
- There is a
$20 non-refundable application fee and $10 application fee
for a co-signer. We will run your credit check and notify
you about your status and required deposit amount
promptly. Please understand that this application fee does
not hold an apartment for you. In order to hold an
apartment, a separate check or money order is
required. Please call our office and let us know which
apartment you want to hold and we will give you the name of
the company to put on your check or money-order and your
required deposit amount. The deposit will be refunded in the
event your application is not approved. If you change your
mind within 72 hours after we receive your deposit, the
deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
- Mail
completed application and check(s)/money-order(s) to our
rental office at: River Hill Apartments, 850 River Dell
Court, Louisville, KY 40206.
